My morning listening groove: Gas 0095 by Mat Jarvis. If you’re a fan of ambient/electronica, you will absolutely love this album…which is also the soundtrack to the video game Osmos (best played in a darkened room with your headphones on:-)). I bought the mp3 a few weeks ago and it’s been my morning commute soundtrack ever since. My favorite track is “Vapourware,” which at 1:20 or so is too doggone short!
The Euro-Mediterranean Partnership, and other EU programs, groups migration with human and drug trafficking, which as Dr Bichara Khader tells the ISN, is just one of the signs of the Partnership’s eurocentric view and needs to be addressed.

This is a ‘tumar,’ a gift from a dear, sweet friend from Kyrgyzstan. One should write a prayer on a slip of paper, place it inside the tumar and wear it around your neck.
I asked her if they had larger sizes.:-)
The Yemen situation has been boiling for a while. Just a few items from the shop:
In July 2009, Dr Elham Manea went in depth about the situation in her home country for us in ISN Podcasts.
In 2007, Martina Fuchs wrote about the growing pains Yemen was experiencing.
In 2006, our Dominic Moran wrote about how al-Qaida had resurfaced in Yemen.
The bells have been ringing for a while. Hopefully now folks will listen.
